Speaker 3:

Oh, thank you so much, so excited to be here, thank you.

Speaker 2:

I am so, so pumped. So I'm an entrepreneur myself, so I am so excited to hear about all of this. But how did you get started in this business and give us a little bit of your background? Yeah, sure.

Speaker 3:

So for over 10 years I've been a real estate broker and started working with other real estate agents and training them. I've been a certified business and life coach actually have like 15 certifications in it, so I'm technically a master coach, but really I have such a passion for helping and being in the business aspect of things that I really felt like being just aimed at real estate agents and stuff was just really not my passion, because I really found passion and excitement within marketing and course creation and helping others to reach their goals. So that's really why I started to transition from just real estate agents to pretty much anybody that has an online business and really wanted to dive in a little bit deeper than just like your typical average coach who kind of like helps you self-discover, like what's wrong, what can you do to fix it that sort of stuff where I really work with my clients and help them strategize what's going to work and give them the tools and the items and help them do it and hold them accountable, which is most important because as an entrepreneur, we're very creative and we have shady objects syndrome and we all need somebody to hold us accountable. So we really need that person to help us give us the answer Sometimes. Just don't leave me out there as a lonely fish in the ocean.

Speaker 3:

So that's really what happened. And I also, like, while I was in the real estate world and everything, I was making multiple six figures and I was absolutely like miserable. I was so stressed, I was so overwhelmed, I was overworked, underpaid and I wasn't happy. I just I wasn't happy and honestly like it, just it really affected, like my mental state, my everything. So that's why, like, I knew I needed to change and I needed to focus in on my passion and make that the main focus.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I love that because I feel like so many times we just feel so stuck in our little box, and there could be so many things like what lights up your heart, what makes you happy, what excites you whether it's about what you're doing or something different and, my goodness, we are in the time of being able to have a passion and make income from that passion. Yes, so I just I love that because that just shows you that, even when you feel stuck and overwhelmed, in a position where you could be making decent money and and then you're put in a position where, but I'm not happy, and that that in itself, it's just not always about money. It's not. It's not just about money, and I have a very great relationship with my ex-husband. However, the reason that I asked for the divorce was because I wasn't happy, and how would I be able to be a good role model to my kids, to always search for health and happiness, if I wasn't there? And so that could go with anything with your job, with your relationships, with whatever circumstances you're in. If you don't find yourself that you feel like this is a hell, yeah, then we should take a look and maybe figure out what does make you happy.

Speaker 2:

I love helping people as well. It drives me. I feel such a passion for it. I love mentoring people and that lights up inside me, whereas I'm really good at negotiating and I'm really good at all this other stuff. It could definitely bring income in. However, it doesn't light my soul on fire. Income in, however, it doesn't light my soul on fire, and I think that's where entrepreneurship tips the scales, in a way that if you can figure out and stay accountable because, as entrepreneur, I feel like you think, oh well, I have all the time in the world and that accountability is so important, so so important and I think people get scared to transition, believe something, especially if they're making decent money.

Speaker 3:

That's their life they're living, and I think that's really, really scary for a lot of people, and the reality is the world that we live in today and stuff. One of the things that we do is help people create courses today and stuff. One of the things that we do is help people create courses, and what's so fascinating, though, is that in today, like you can create a course about anything. You can create a course about how to train your dog, about knitting, and it's incredible that, whatever that niche is, there's a million other people that are passionate about what you're passionate, yeah.

Speaker 2:

I love it. Yeah, because you literally have to just be a few steps ahead of wherever the other person is. And yeah, I have some ideas brewing in my head, but those are still ideas and at some point after I can settle in the podcast and all the things I'll be like okay, I'm ready to record some courses, because I think I have a lot of stuff in me too.

Speaker 3:

You should, but just remember that tomorrow is always like moving to be the next tomorrow. Yeah, I know, there's never a perfect time.

Speaker 2:

I delayed this podcast for four years, so I know all too well. I also feel like my intuition is very good at telling me all, right now it's time, let's go, and so, as long as I can stay very connected to that, I feel it won't be like a forever thing. But yeah, I'm recording nonstop the last few weeks, so I don't know if I have it in me to record a whole course or anything like that right now. However, that is coming, so be prepared, write that down. So just to get some context, can you share your journey into how do you work with businesses to strategize and so forth?

Speaker 3:

I do a couple of different things. I have courses and memberships and stuff. So a lot of that stuff is do it yourself, you're more independent or self-driven, or you think you are right, and then the other part is the one-on-one, which is all personalized. So typically we would have a conversation, we would go through the business of everything that they have, like, okay, what do you have right now, what's working, what's not, and what are your goals? Like, where do you want to be? And then we can strategize which areas need to change, adjust, add. So that's where the strategy comes in. Is like we're digging deep together and trying to make that plan and it's actionable, like creating those real items to be held accountable to both of us.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely Okay. I love that. And then, what inspired you to focus more on helping course creators and coaches?

Speaker 3:

Very good question. So I think that really the thing is. I, as an entrepreneur, you're typically multi passionate, but everybody will tell you I'll be the first one that says, like everybody needs a coach. No matter what kind of business you're in, you need some sort of coach, mentor, somebody to hold you accountable, help you, guide you, because you can't see your business from the outside Right. So that's one of the things that everybody's always told me like you really have to niche down and that is so hard when you're multi-passionate.

Speaker 3:

But if I market to all online entrepreneurs, nobody picks up because it doesn't speak to that. Like you don't consider yourself an online entrepreneur. Like that wouldn't be what you would say, right, like I wouldn't say that either, but we would both fall in that category. So just trying to narrow it down a little bit to the most people that I work with but I also work with, like, affiliate marketers, people who have digital product that they want to sell, digital products, planners, social media templates, all kinds of different stuff but coaches and creators or course creators are typically the ones that are more active online and see all the stuff and want all the stuff, but not necessarily implement it all. But that's why everybody needs somebody.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I agree, I have a mindset coach that I work with and the reason that I actioned anything to start this podcast was because he challenged me to it and he was like All right, what is something that you've been procrastinating on that you really want to do? And I'm like the podcast. It was a live conference that he did and he was like, before you leave, you need to do a major action towards this goal, and so I signed up for a platform that I upload my podcast to and then it sends it out to every podcast platform there is, and so I did that. That was my big action step. And then he was like and we need a deadline and I'm like oh, okay, yeah, and that's.

Speaker 3:

I'm so glad you said that, though, because that's really where everybody falls off, because we can all sit here, write down our to-do list, our goals and everything, but unless somebody is there and saying, okay, so how are you going to get there? What are you going to do? You have to break that down into those steps, okay, and when is that going to be done by? And if you have that somebody to answer to and to help you get there, it's completely life changing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely. So we left that mindset conference May I want to say May 11, or something around there May 12. And I said, okay, by June 1, I'm going to have my podcast, my first episode, loaded. And I didn't know. I didn't know what I needed. I know that year on, like at the beginning of the year, it was January and I bought my microphone and the headphones, yeah, so I knew that it was there. I just didn't know exactly when it was going to happen. And so I had the equipment I have my laptop, my headphones, my microphone Great, I have a ring light, great, all the things. Check, check, check. And then it just stayed. I didn't do anything with it.

Speaker 3:

And when he Because none of that stuff was actually the important part of it. No, it was actually. But that's what we all do. We go out, we get all the stuff, prepare, buy all the things.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's the fluff. And so when he said that, I was like, okay, podcasts have intros, so let me figure out how to make an intro. And I started to google. I didn't know anything. I just started to google how do I make a podcast intro and what do I need and the music and what do I say? And so I recorded it and I have it saved. And then I'm like, oh, it needs the outro. Okay, I'll use that and I'll, whatever I did the outro. So I had the intro and the outro. And then I was like I need artwork. It's asking for artwork. So I went on Canva and I was like, all right, this all was like in like two weeks I had everything. And then I recorded my first episode, I found a platform to edit it on and I loaded it up before June 1st and I was like, boom, I did it and it felt so good and now I'm on season two and I'm like what is happening right now?

Speaker 3:

But that and your mind coach, like he helped you get outside your own head, like whatever it was that was holding you back lack of confidence, just didn't know where to start, whatever that was.

Speaker 2:

So it is seriously the coolest thing, I think. I agree, I think everyone needs a coach. I do health and wellness. You need a coach. I needed a coach for that. So I definitely agree Business, if you are anywhere near entrepreneur or creator or whatever, you need a coach because you need that guidance.

Speaker 3:

It's so important and you can't coach yourself either as a business coach. I can't business coach myself because I'll be the first one to be like, oh tomorrow, or oh, I really need to buy this software, I really need you know this. And no, like no, you can't see the big picture outside of your head. You get caught up in it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, definitely agree. So branding is crucial for any online business. What are some key elements of a strong brand, and how can a course creator and coach develop a brand that truly resonates with their audience.

Speaker 3:

So I think really like people get really caught up when it comes to branding and think like colors and font and that sort of stuff. But it's really so much more than that. It's you, your personality, the way that you, your voice of yourself and your business right. So that's really where you should start and then go with the colors and all of that other stuff. But your brand is really like your mission statement who you help, your I help statement, that sort of stuff that all ties into the big picture.

Speaker 3:

And I think that's really important, especially for any type of coach or course creator, because other people are coming to them for a long-term situation. It's not one and done. Even with a course, like it's a whole thing, it's a whole package that they're learning from you. So it really has to be like personal and they have to reach inside themselves to put that branding for and then package it all up into something pretty and beautiful and also make sure that it's speaking to the right people. Like, if you are super religious and you don't want somebody else from other religions and stuff, then speak about what you're passionate about. If you cuss a lot, make that known. Don't draw in the people that are going to be offended by that. So that's really important to make sure that you're yourself, because the last thing you want to do is attract people that you're not going to vibe with.

Speaker 2:

Right yourself, because the last thing you want to do is attract people that you're not going to vibe with. Right yeah, and it sucks because when you are not authentic and I've been doing this for many years so there's a time that like, oh well, you have to be positive. But I was dealing with a crap ton of stuff in my own life that I felt like, well, I can't be positive right now. I felt like, well, I can't be positive right now, I can be hopeful, yes, but this happy-go-lucky person, then it just people see right through the BS.

Speaker 3:

And when you're not authentic, they don't relate to that. They don't relate to that. That's not reality. Nobody can be like oh, like, she's really got it together, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Like, oh, just like me. No, you feel like, oh, I can't do that. And then it makes it actually way unrelatable, like you can't connect with that person. When I was two years ago, my oldest daughter left the house after she graduated high school and two days later left the house and I felt like my world was like crumbling and I was like, oh my God, how am I showing up for anybody if this is what I'm facing? Or when my dad was going through his cancer and treatments and hospice and when he passed away. I've gone through all of that, but I've done it publicly, in a way that's been authentic to who I am, and I'll show up for my own health journey because that's what's getting me through this mentally. It isn't like, oh, I work out just to feel good. No, I'm literally struggling with life and I show up because that is the only way that it's allowing me to put one foot in front of the other.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and I think, no matter what industry you're in and stuff, health and wellness, especially mindset and like being stress-free or working on that stuff is so important these days that everybody needs to really be thinking about it and working at it all the time.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely. I don't think that I would be here alive if I wouldn't have started my journey almost nine years ago. I was sick with cancer. I was depressed, I was dealing with being a single mom of three kids. My oldest had just been diagnosed bipolar. It was just all of the things. When I started my health journey, it was like right before my last and fourth cancer diagnosis, and so I was just like, well, I could either do something about my life and continue to be here or just let this take over. And so I did something about my life. So I know that this journey has saved my life in so many ways, but if I didn't share that authentically, then I feel like I would. I just I would be false and that's just doesn't. I wouldn't be here nine years later.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, A hundred percent. And never everything happens for a reason. Everything that you went through led you to where you are and why you're the person you are yeah, absolutely, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

So creating an irresistible offer. This is always the big thing, because we do want to create that irresistible offer. So this is, I'm like all ears Okay. So creating irresistible offers is essential for attracting and converting customers. Like what are the components of an irresistible offer and how can business owners craft offers that stand out in a crowded market?

Speaker 3:

so I think, first of all is coming up with a really cool catchy name that brings people in but explains what it sweet, and then explaining a little bit further what your product or offering is about in a detailed way that they can relate to it. Just like what we were talking about, about being real and talking about those pain points of what your ideal client avatar is right, Like, what are they struggling with, what do they need help with? And then how are you going to solve it with this? Like you have to sell them on that.

Speaker 3:

So a lot of times people will work backwards, list out those pains. How can they solve that right? And then a really big part of creating those irresistible offers is having bonuses and extra parts into there. This is what you're getting from this, but then also there's more and there's more, and it's like those infomercials right when you're like but we're not giving you just one set today, we're not giving you just two, but wait, there's more Exactly exactly Because people are like you're creating so much value that people feel stupid for not going for it.

Speaker 3:

Right, like no matter whatever the price is, like, you want them to feel like wow, I will be some big idiot if I turn away this offer because it's so incredible.

Speaker 3:

And then the next part of that to really sign, seal and deliver it is to offer some sort of guarantee. Yeah, it doesn't have to be like money back, especially if you're in the digital world, because once they have access, they've already got it all right. But if you can put in there and this is a conversation that I've had with one of my clients recently, because they didn't want to say like 50% cash back or 100%, like if it doesn't work for you. But I said but if you put in there with proof that you followed the program right, because if you follow the program, the offering, whatever, that is the correct way then you should be able to get those results If you're good at whatever you're offering, right. So some sort of guarantee and you can protect yourself with some sort of guarantee that because there are going to be people who will take you up on it and want a refund or something. So make sure that it's not going to keep you broke.

Speaker 2:

Believe me, I've signed up for many, many things and I've had many, many coaches. So, yeah, that definitely works, because most of the time in that time period you're not going to complete all the things and you're like, well, this didn't work. Did you do the work?

Speaker 3:

And speaking of time too that's another really great aspect of those irresistible offers is like a timeframe to get those results, because people, especially in today's world, want instant results. So like, if it's you're going to lose weight, you're gonna lose 10 pounds. When, like, am I going to lose 10 pounds in 30 days days, am I gonna lose it in 12 months? So the faster and putting that in there helps to when it comes to time.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely. My mindset coach has that as well in his offer. And you look at these people and I've become his hype squad, if you will, because he's changed my life. So every time that he does his launches, I'm part of the hype squad. So it's been so awesome to see the back end of how everything works and I'm like, oh, my god, that's genius. And oh my god, it is so cool to see when everything is broken down behind the scenes and you're like, oh, that's why he's doing it. I get it now. All of those extra master classes that you're like, oh, but if you sign up by this date, you get this and this and this and it is mind-blowing and awesome, and then it's all great content anyways. So, yeah, like you said, you would be so stupid not to jump in and I've felt that I'm like so I, it's funny. The first time I saw like I was the behind the scenes person, I was like, oh, totally sneaky.

Speaker 3:

And people, people will do. A lot of times too, they'll be like limited time offer. You're like this is expiring, their price is going to go up, and they'll do countdowns and stuff like that, because it's a psychological, like it messes with you, like everybody has FOMO, you don't want to miss out, like I am the biggest FOMO person.

Speaker 2:

Take my money, yeah, and he does that, so he'll do the launch date. And if you sign and he does that, so he'll do the launch date. And if you sign up on that date, he'll do six weeks of high performance coaching or whatever. And then if you sign up by the second day, it'll be that that tape that goes off the table. But he'll do seven way or 10 ways to create a thousand dollars or whatever. Anything like that. Right, and that kind of helps with the. The objection of money yeah, right, because if they're, he's going to tell you how to create a thousand dollars quickly, and so make your money back Right, exactly so.

Speaker 2:

If you signed up on the first day, then you get the first day bonus and the second day bonus and the third day and the fourth day, right, and so I've seen how everything works and he'll send to the affiliates. Okay, now today's bonus is this, and this is like what they would get, and if they signed up on the first day, they get all of it. If they signed up on the first day, they get all of it. If they signed up on the second day, they get day two to four, and so it has been really, really mind blowing, awesome, and it's good training for when I create my own and do all the things. But yeah, that's why I wanted to jump in on that one.

Speaker 3:

It's important too, if you're going to do those time constraints, to make sure that you follow through with them, because then people won't believe you. It's important too, if you're going to do those time constraints, to make sure that you follow through with them, because then people won't believe you. Like if you say this offer ends at this day unless you send something out, and being like, oh my gosh, we're going to extend it, but, like, don't put those countdown timers, and then the next time they log in, it changes again.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, agreed, absolutely, because then you're not being authentic and people just don't really believe when you're like, okay, this is it.

Speaker 3:

Yeah Well. And it can also backfire on the fact that people are like, oh well, let me wait and see if it goes lower. Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2:

Agreed. So lead generation and email list growth are crucial for online business success. This has been like the big topic, I think, ever since Facebook had this big yes shut down like shut down thing. It was insane and I'm like, yeah, that's where I do my business, so growth is so, so important. Can you explain some of the most effective strategies for generating leads and growing an email list?

Speaker 3:

Yes, 100%. So one of the great ways to lead generate for your email list is to offer some sort of lead magnet freebie that people have to opt in. So, in order for them to give you their contact information, you have to give them something in return, because people aren't just going to typically sign up for your newsletter because, no matter how great you are, they don't care about getting the emails right. So you have to give them something and it has to be amazing. And also with that is people create these freebies and stuff all the time that are so generic that everybody signs up for them and they're not niched down to their people. This freebie lead magnet needs to be just down, narrowed down to the exact type of person that you want to be talking to, right?

Speaker 3:

The next part that's really, really great for growing your email list is joint ventures, which is participating in some sort of bundle summit or partnerships with others. You can do partner with influencers or other affiliates to promote your offerings and also just have affiliates that promote yours as well, and those are like the fastest ways to grow your email list. And with the lead magnets, you can run ads to your freebie. You can post them on your social media platform. You can post them in Facebook groups and other things like that as well for that organic traffic. But the joint ventures is really really great because you're really tapping into other people's email lists as well.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, which is what my mindset coach did, and he, like I, was an affiliate, so when I'm sending out emails and getting people in the group, then he he now has these, my people, that become his people as well, and yeah, I think that's awesome. I see, I see all of the things All connecting. It's all connecting. So a mindset plays a significant role in entrepreneurial success. I know this very well. What mindset shifts do you believe are necessary for online business owners to achieve their goals, and how can they overcome the mental barriers? Because those happen.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, every day, and I think that this is something that people need to work at every day, every week, all the time. It's so important because we put so much pressure on ourselves as an entrepreneur, and one of the worst things that we do is compare ourselves to others right, and we get imposter syndrome and you, just you really get caught up in yourself and comparing yourself, your business, your products, whatever it is to others, and the reality is you are either comparing yourself to something that's unrealistic one, or you're comparing yourself to somebody who is at Z when you're starting at a.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Right, and that can do a lot to mess up with your mind, because you're like, oh my gosh, they're amazing, they have 600,000 followers. I'm never going to be there. It's impossible, and once you start that self-doubting and all of that stuff, it makes it so much harder for you to move forward and implement the things that you need to do for your business. So it's really important to find what helps you for your mental health, whether it's working out, journaling, affirmations, having a mindset coach or some sort of business coach that can help you put that confidence back into yourself, because we're all very capable of running million dollar businesses, right? If we just follow through and do what we do the thing.

Speaker 3:

Everybody has something that's very unique themselves, right? Nobody, no, two people are the same. Yep, nobody can be me, right? So somebody out there whatever you have to offer, somebody needs it, somebody needs your voice. They need whatever it is that you have to offer. So that's why I tell everybody you should be making courses or helping people. They need you out there. It all, it all, ties together. Mindset plays a huge part in your success.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I agree, and that's, I think, for all of it. We have a platform for workouts and nutrition and mindset Like that is such a huge part of any journey and it is very, very easy. So even people on my team that have said, well, I can't do what you do, I'm not asking you to do what I do, I'm asking you to do what is authentic to you. Just show up and you can't compare my nine years of experience to you've been doing this for a month, right, like, and I can't compare to somebody else's 12 years of experience or whatever. It just it doesn't compare.

Speaker 2:

And as long as you one foot in front of the other, then you're progressing. And Tony Robbins has this quote that says progress equals happiness and as long as you're progressing, right, he said that and I was like, oh, yeah, that makes so much sense Because it's okay that in my customer base, it's okay to lose one pound a day a week rather than gaining two pounds a week. So, as long as we're progressing towards your goals, then hey, that's what we need and it is all mindset in that aspect.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and I think, too, that it's really important to make time for the things that make you happy and say no to the ones that don't like. It's so powerful to learn to say no, and I think that really becomes a lot easier the older you get. Yeah, it's like the 40 and above You're like yes, whatever, and I reached a point where I'm like no, that you know what. That does not serve me. I don't want to do that, just know, don't be the person who said yeah, yeah, yeah, that sounds great, I'll call you, and then you don't follow through because then you look like the flaky person that let go, you don't want to do it. Be honest, say no, whatever it is. You don't want to pet sit for somebody.

Speaker 2:

Say no, whatever it is, and then just spend more time doing the things that do make you happy If it's going to the beach, if it's long walks, if it's reading a book no-transcript the birds, and I see cardinals, which is always what reminds me of my dad, and it puts me in a headspace of like, all right, I got this, I could do, could do. I'm in such a much better space. I believe that then the things that come my way, I'm like yeah, I've got this, I have five recordings today. Yep, I've got this. Just anything that just switches that mindset as to like I feel so overwhelmed with life, to like I'm doing what I love, what am.

Speaker 3:

I overwhelmed about and make sure you schedule that. Make sure you schedule this stuff for yourself. You write it on your planner, your calendar, put that time in there. It's important, yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

So, yeah, what limiting beliefs or roadblocks did you have to overcome in order to get where you are today?

Speaker 3:

All of the things, honestly, that we just talked about, because I'm just as guilty as everybody else. I'm always comparing myself and, honestly, if you spend any time on social media or whatever, if you go down the rabbit hole and start looking at something that you want to compare yourself to and then a million more of those people come up and then all of a sudden you're like I can't do this, whatever what I have to offer. Like 8 million other people are already doing it, right, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Oh my gosh, yes, that's what happened with me and podcasting.

Speaker 3:

I was like yeah, I have a podcast, Like everybody's got one. We're not talking about social media or content, but it's a great platform to do.

Speaker 2:

Yes, absolutely. What daily habits would you say helped you reach your level of success and continue to reach your potential?

Speaker 3:

So I'll say one of the biggest things is treating my business like a business always, you know, for the last 20 years is just making sure that, especially if you're self employed, you're a solopreneur, and stuff like that. If you work from home, it's even worse. Like don't even get me started on that, but you have to. You know, plan that all out. I'm at my office. I don't expect everybody to do this, but I'm at my office by 8am every day, monday through Friday, and I work a lot.

Speaker 3:

I love what I do, and when you love what you do, it's totally different, right? So I love it. And then I love to listen to podcasts. I like to read, but I'm completely obsessed with learning. So I am that person that buys every infomercial, I buy every course, I buy every product and that's overwhelming, for sure, but I love learning. Like I'm so passionate. You know about that. So the things that you know I do daily is one of the other things is I love listening to music. Music makes me so happy and it's not depressed music. I can't listen to that unless I'm sad and I want to cry. I want to listen to upbeat, happy, bumping music and then that makes me just feel like I can conquer the world.

Speaker 2:

Oh just right here with through me. I, every morning I wake up and I do my pre workout, but I do what I call my go go juice dance, because it's the juice that makes me go, go, go. But I do it with music and that's. I'll post like a 30 second clip on my stories and that, I know, is like what starts my day, like, yeah, and I'll have like salsa Saturday and bachata Sunday and then like throwback Thursday and I'll do some 80s and 90s, whatever. I'll just do whatever feels good, because moving my body and dancing is like my happy place yes, music is so good for the soul and even like in the middle of the day and stuff.

Speaker 3:

If you find yourself starting to feel down or unenergized and stuff. Like just crank that music up a little bit and if you're in an office with a bunch of other people, pop some airpods in or headphones and just get up and like the energy that it's just like working out right, like when you do it you should be tired and stuff, which sometimes you are, but it gives you more energy, like internally.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, I agree, we are very similar. This is awesome. So anything else that you want to say or speak to, I want to hear what your podcast name is, so that our listeners could tune in as well. But, yeah, give us anything else that you want to talk about.

Speaker 3:

My podcast is called the Laptop Lifestyle Lounge and it's really just about online business entrepreneurs and it just provides resources and tips and tools and stuff. It's really quick, like they're all like under 15 minutes typically. Like they're all like under 15 minutes typically, so they're real quick. You can listen to them, get in, get out, and we also have them on YouTube as well, so you can watch them if you like that better.

Speaker 3:

I do I particularly love watching and that's the reason why I said doing the podcast. If you do video podcasts, it's the best way for content for your business, anyway, so we offer tons of resources in there. We also have a Facebook group that has coaches, creators and online entrepreneurs that we just provide resources, tools and tips because, when it comes down to it, like we're all together and we can learn so much from each other and collaborate and network. So I love it.

Speaker 2:

I love it so much. Oh, my gosh, jess, this was amazing. I'm going to put all of your information in the show notes. We'll make sure that our listeners have access to all of that. I am so, so, incredibly honored that you were on today. Thank you so very much. Thank you, oh, this is so good.

Speaker 3:

I'm like oh give me all, all the goods. I know we can talk forever. I know we can well.

Speaker 2:

I feel like that is something that can happen. But, listeners, I hope you enjoyed today. Thank you so much for tuning in. Peace out guys. Love your life bye.
